金山工業(00040.HK):中期經調整純利預減20%至30%
格隆匯 11 月 13日丨金山工業(00040.HK)發佈公告,公司董事局提述GP工業今天發佈的2020/2021年中期業績公佈。誠如GP工業2020/2021年中期業績公佈所載,GP工業有限公司截至2020年9月30日止六個月的GP工業資本股東應占溢利大幅下降,主要原因是本期間並無於2019年同期確認的一次性淨收益。
據此,將會對集團中期業績產生負面影響,集團預計截至2020年9月30日止六個月的公司資本股東應占溢利將會較2019年同期大幅下降約70%至80%,2019年同期公司資本股東應占溢利約為1.747億港元。經調整一次性淨收益後,集團預計截至2020年9月30日止六個月的公司資本股東應占溢利將會較2019年同期減少約20%至30%。
