*ST熊貓(600599.SH)收到證監會湖南監管局監管關注函
格隆匯 11 月 13日丨*ST熊貓(600599.SH)公佈，公司於2020年11月13日收到中國證券監督管理委員會湖南監管局《關於熊貓金控股份有限公司的監管關注函》(湘證監函【2020】710號)，現將監管關注函內容公告如下：
我局在日常監管中關注到你公司應收融信通商務顧問有限公司(以下簡稱“融信通”)款項已逾期。根據你公司7月10日披露的《年報問詢函回覆公告》，2019年12月16日，你公司子公司銀湖網絡科技有限公司(以下簡稱“銀湖網”)委託熊貓大數據信用管理有限公司向融信通商務顧問有限公司(以下簡稱“融信通”)支付16683.3萬元，該筆資金最終流向銀湖網平合的投資人。根據2020年6月12日你公司與融信通簽訂的還款計劃，融信通應於2020年9月30日前償還3336.67萬元，截至三季報披露日，銀湖網收到融信通共計1311萬元還款。鑑於該事項可能對上市公司造成不利影響，請你公司對該事項認真核查並作出進一步説明：
1、請説明你公司已採取的催收措施、剩餘款項逾期未收回的原因，結合融信通的資信水平及資金流向，説明融信通是否具備履約能力。
2、若融信通不能按期償還16683.3萬元資金，請説明你公司實際控制人對該筆款項是否存在相關承諾；你公司為維護上市公司權益擬採取的資金追償措施。
3、第三季度報告披露，你公司對16683.3萬元其他應收款按賬齡計提壞賬準備，請結合問題1、2回覆情況，説明你公司壞賬準備計提是否充分、審慎。
4、請你公司自查信息披露是否及時、真實、準確、完整，是否存在違反《上市公司信息披露管理辦法》第二條、第三十條等相關規定的情形。
請你公司就上述問題作出書面説明，在2020年11月18日前將有關説明材料報送我局並對外披露，同時抄送上海證券交易所公司監管一部。
根據上述函件要求，公司正組織有關部門積極準備答覆工作，將盡快就上述事項予以回覆並履行披露義務。
