捷順科技(002609.SZ)旗下順易通與車電網簽署戰略合作框架協議
格隆匯 11 月 13日丨捷順科技(002609.SZ)公佈，2020年11月12日，公司控股子公司深圳市順易通信息科技有限公司(“順易通”)與科陸電子(002121.SZ)子公司深圳市車電網絡有限公司(“車電網”)籤署了《戰略合作框架協議》，緊抓新能源汽車產業發展關鍵機遇，助力國家“新基建”政策落地，依託雙方強大的線下資源優勢和全面的綜合能力，採用互聯網思維，以智慧停車產業及新能源汽車充電服務為核心，構建線上線下應用場景，提供融合停車、出行、充電等智能管理及運營服務，旨在智慧停車和新能源汽車充電領域展開強強合作，實現雙方共贏。
車電網作為上市公司科陸電子旗下子公司，以從事新能源汽車充電設備研發，充電網絡的建設，運營維護及相關增值服務為主。車電網秉承創新驅動研發的理念，一直致力於為客户提供更智能、節能、更經濟的充電解決方案。通過參與標準，引領產業發展。積極參與商業化光儲充項目，全國大規模商用超大充電功率的架式充電項目。通過自主研發的充電雲向上對接政府監管平台，橫向完成互聯互通操作，向下兼容停車，廣告媒體等應用，完善的C端和B端為客户提供智能高效的運營管理平台。通過標準化的場站建設流程，為客户提供充電場站的規劃，設計，施工以及後期場站運營管理服務。
