市传内银排查信用债风险 降低国企信用债敞口
《彭博通迅社》引述知情人士报道,在发生一系列信用债恶性违约事件後,中国多间银行最近要求开始采取措施降低信用债风险敞口,其中部分银行侧重国企债。
消息表示,包括一间国有大行在内的6间银行已经明确要求降低整体信用债敞口,其中5间侧重降低国企信用债敞口。据报有关银行及部分仍未降低风险敞口的银行均要求全面排查信用债的风险,并上收所有信用债投资权限至总行,其所在的银行主要针对东三省等高风险地区的信用债。
此外,消息指还有3家商业银行在本周决定不再接受高评级公司债作为回购交易的抵押品,加上所有的公司债券投资都将需要得到银行总部的批准。
事实上,银行一直都是国企债券的主要购买者,但自国有企业出现违约事件後,市场信心有所动摇,现在迫使他们重新评估对国有企业履行义务的信心。(ek-jc/w)~
