美股道指昨晚跌317点或1.08%、标指、纳指分别跌1%及0.65%。恒指今早低开54点或0.2%，报26,114；国指低开23点或0.2%，报10,555。恒生科技指数高开65点或0.9%，报7,772。
特朗普政府禁止美国对部分由中国军方拥有或控制的公司，据《路透》报道措施将针对在今年较早时被美国国防部认定为由中国军方支持的31家中国企业，受影响的可能包括大型企业如中电信(00728.HK)、中移动(00941.HK)。中电信(00728.HK)、中移动(00941.HK)，两股今早开市分别跌3.8%及5.8%。联通(00762.HK)跌3.4%。
腾讯(00700.HK)第三季纯利升89%胜预期，第三季非国际财务准则纯利323亿元人民币符预期，港股股价开市升2.3%，造590元。阿里巴巴(09988.HK)高开2.2%，造258.6元。小米(01810.HK)、美团(03690.HK)分别高开0.2%、2%。京东(09618.HK)高开3.7%。手机设备股舜宇(02382.HK)、瑞声(02018.HK)高开1%、0.5%。瑞声今发季绩。
汇控(00005.HK)、友邦保险(01299.HK)分别低开2%、0.6%。港交所(00388.HK)高开1.2%。创科(00669.HK)回升2.9%。长和(00001.HK)落实100亿欧元售欧洲电讯发射塔资产，股价高开2%。
中资金融股偏软，工行(01398.HK)、国寿(02628.HK)、建行(00939.HK)低开0.4%-1.5%。
新秀丽(01910.HK)第三季盈转亏蚀1.11亿美元，股价开市升7.8%。裕元集团(00551.HK)首三季盈转亏蚀1.54亿美元，股价开市升0.7%。
和谐汽车(03836.HK)指沽空报告的指控毫无根据，股价回升1.8%。京投交通科技(01522.HK)控股股东拟提私有化，该股复牌飙近六成，造0.63元。
