浦發銀行(600000.SH):同意給予上海國際集團綜合授信人民幣80.4億元、港幣5億元
格隆匯 11 月 12日丨浦發銀行(600000.SH)公佈,2020年11月12日,公司第七屆董事會第十六次會議審議通過了《公司關於與上海國際集團有限公司關聯交易的議案》,同意給予上海國際集團有限公司(“上海國際集團”)綜合授信人民幣80.4億元、港幣5億元,授信有效期1年。
此次關聯交易已經董事會風險管理委員會(消費者權益保護委員會)審議通過,並由董事會審核批准,無需提交股東大會審議。
該事項對公司的持續經營能力、損益及資產狀況不構成重要影響。
