新朋股份(002328.SZ):下屬子公司擬向銀行申請綜合授信額度不超1.8億元
格隆匯 11 月 12日丨新朋股份(002328.SZ)公佈,公司召開第五屆董事會第六次會議,審議通過《關於為全資子公司上海新朋金屬製品有限公司申請綜合授信額度提供擔保的議案》。
公司下屬全資子公司上海新朋金屬製品有限公司(“新朋金屬”)為保證現金流量充足,滿足業務不斷擴展的需要,擬計劃向相關銀行申請綜合授信額度不超過等值人民幣1.8億元,實際金額以簽署的授信合同為準。公司同意為該範圍內的綜合授信額度提供連帶責任擔保,具體以實際發生擔保金額為準。
