传奢侈品零售平台Mytheresa计划明年初在美上市
据《彭博通讯社》引述消息指,德国奢侈品线上零售平台Mytheresa计划於2021年初在美国上市,公司现时正与顾问合作准备潜在上市,计划寻求10亿至15亿美元估值,但假期旺季的业务表现或会令其目标有所转变,而公司亦有吸引到一些特殊目的收购公司(SPAC)的注意。
公司的投资者包括锐盛投资(ARES.US)及加伟大养老基金投资公司,而疫情下平台线上表现亦受惠,以同业Farfetch(FTCH.US)为例其股价今年已升四倍,今月亦获阿里(09988.HK)等投资。
