皇朝家居(01198.HK):合营斥38.3亿人币竞得增城地皮
皇朝家居(01198.HK)公布,由全资附属万利宝与合营夥伴惠州市港杰置业所组成的合营企业,以中标价38.3亿元人民币成功竞得目标地块,即包括一块位於广州市增城区石滩镇横岭村总土地面积约19.64万平方米的土地,为住宅(及商业用途),商业用途不超过1.94万平方米。合营企业的股权由合营夥伴及万利宝分别拥有60%及40%。
此外,皇朝家私公布涉6月曾公布签订土地收回协议,指石滩镇政府将於三个月内支付土地收回的补偿,据补偿总额减该等地块及其上所建楼宇的账面净值,土地收回的当前估计总收益将11.8亿约为人民币(相等於约13.7亿港元)。实际收益 须由集团核数师进行年度审核。
