拓維信息(002261.SZ)擬參設九霄鯤鵬 推進蘭州市智慧城市深度建設
格隆匯 11 月 11日丨拓維信息(002261.SZ)公佈，為發展鯤鵬產業、打造輻射西北及“一帶一路”相關區域的鯤鵬生態，建設基於鯤鵬底座的行業應用平台，推進鯤鵬計算能力與甘肅省的基礎產業深度融合，公司(“甲方”)與蘭州高新創業置業投資有限責任公司(“蘭州高新創置投”或“乙方”)於近日簽訂《合資協議》，擬共同組建合資公司，合資公司名稱擬定為“甘肅九霄鯤鵬科技有限責任公司”(“九霄鯤鵬”、“合資公司”或“目標公司”)，主要負責投資、建設和運營基於鯤鵬底座的智慧城市行業應用，按照統籌規劃、集約建設、分步實施、穩步運營等原則，加快推進蘭州市智慧城市深度建設；培育智慧城市示範性應用並進行服務輸出，促進上下游企業產業聚集，推動蘭州市數字化經濟信息服務產業發展。
合資公司業務定位：
1、構建鯤鵬產業生態鏈。在華為的認可和支持下，充分發揮蘭州地區的產業特點和行業優勢，結合蘭州市政府對鯤鵬計算產業的政策支持，推進鯤鵬計算能力與甘肅省的基礎產業深度融合。在發展鯤鵬計算產業、培養鯤鵬計算人才、做大鯤鵬產業空間等方面合作，舉辦鯤鵬計算產業峯會、論壇、展會、推介會等活動，促進行業交流、供需對接、項目合作和成果轉化。將“鯤鵬”做成“數字甘肅”的堅實底座，為“數字經濟”提供強大保障。
2、打造鯤鵬計算應用行業樣板。基於鯤鵬底座，打造鯤鵬應用生態，基於政務雲、大數據中心、智慧城市、智慧園區、智慧教育、智慧醫療、智能製造、智慧交通、智慧安防、智慧農業等信息化建設的應用場景進行頂層設計、行業應用及開發。
3、鯤鵬產業集聚平台。形成具有推廣價值的解決方案，面向甘肅省的中小城市推廣；引領相關鯤鵬產業生態企業落地蘭州，形成產業集聚效應，推動蘭州鯤鵬產業快速發展。
合資公司成立後將進一步構建鯤鵬產業生態鏈，結合蘭州市政府對鯤鵬計算產業的政策支持，推進鯤鵬計算能力與甘肅省的基礎產業深度融合，引領相關鯤鵬產業生態企業落地蘭州，形成產業集聚效應，從而推動蘭州鯤鵬產業快速發展。
此次公司參與投資設立九霄鯤鵬，以鯤鵬生態為抓手，構建鯤鵬生態產業鏈，符合國家推動信息計算產業國產自主可控發展戰略，符合公司整體發展戰略，有利於公司穩健提升可持續發展能力。
