李小加:日後會繼續在金融領域尋找個人發展機會
港交所(00388.HK)行政總裁李小加將於今年底退任。在電話會議上被問及其個人去向時,他表示自己亦很希望能早日探討未來的工作,但現時仍是要專注於港交所的工作。他強調可以肯定的是自己是香港人,因此會留在此地;而他對金融亦是充滿熱誠,因此會繼續在金融領域尋找新機會。
他提到,港交所行政總裁的聘請工作在正常運作,而由戴志堅來擔任代理行政總裁亦是非常好的安排,對他高度信任,認為其對港交所的規劃、運營及發展都相當熟悉。
他認為往後不論是誰接任都必須要有使命感及願景,要有決心去做難的事情。這些年來主要是做數件事情,包括連接市場、擴大國際視野、將業務模式及平台現代化等。他指出,在連接市場上做了很多工作,有很明顯的成績,但後兩者則仍要繼續努力,指其後任「任重道遠」。
