李小加:日後会继续在金融领域寻找个人发展机会
港交所(00388.HK)行政总裁李小加将於今年底退任。在电话会议上被问及其个人去向时,他表示自己亦很希望能早日探讨未来的工作,但现时仍是要专注於港交所的工作。他强调可以肯定的是自己是香港人,因此会留在此地;而他对金融亦是充满热诚,因此会继续在金融领域寻找新机会。
他提到,港交所行政总裁的聘请工作在正常运作,而由戴志坚来担任代理行政总裁亦是非常好的安排,对他高度信任,认为其对港交所的规划、运营及发展都相当熟悉。
他认为往後不论是谁接任都必须要有使命感及愿景,要有决心去做难的事情。这些年来主要是做数件事情,包括连接市场、扩大国际视野、将业务模式及平台现代化等。他指出,在连接市场上做了很多工作,有很明显的成绩,但後两者则仍要继续努力,指其後任「任重道远」。
