11月10日港股市場，北水淨流出11.67億，其中港股通（滬）淨流出額13.23億港元，港股通（深）淨流入額1.56億。

港交所獲淨買入3.55億港元。港交所將於明日(11月11日)公佈業績，有媒體綜合5間券商預測，港交所今年第三季錄得純利介乎31.16億港元至34.38億港元，較2019年同期22.07億港元，按年上升41.2%至55.8%；中位數爲31.57億港元，按年升43%。
吉利汽車獲淨買入3.28億港元。吉利汽車公佈2020年10月銷量數據：吉利汽車10月總銷量爲140026輛，環比增長約11%、同比增長約8%，連續三個月實現同比環比雙增長。吉利汽車1-10月總銷量爲1015498輛，已完成132萬輛年度銷量目標的77%。
華潤啤酒獲淨買入1.88億港元。招銀國際稱，高端化及生產效率提升是啤酒行業的主要增長動力。相較於青島啤酒，更看好華潤啤酒，預期其通過與喜力啤酒合併，調整後每股收益年均增長率比青島啤酒更強。
比亞迪電子獲淨買入1.52億港元。海通證券發佈研究報告強大的研發製造平臺和北美大客戶合作將推動公司發展進入新階段。 公司擁有領先的研發和垂直整合的製造實力、優質的客戶資源，未來有望在品類方面進一步豐富， 協同快速增長；此外，公司已經進入北美大客戶核心產品線，業務發展和未來的更進一步合作可期。
舜宇光學獲淨買入1.15億港元。中金指，舜宇光學公佈10月份數據，手機攝像模組出貨量按年增長7.6%，而手機鏡頭出貨量按年升9.3%，後者的增長速度放緩，但年初至今的增長仍超出全年指引。另外，公司車載鏡頭出貨量增速仍達43%的強勁水平，主要是受惠於海外疫情的影響減少所致。該行維持公司“跑贏大市”評級，目標價上調16%至160港元，因爲看到新的蘋果鏡頭業務及持續在車載鏡頭業務滲透等中長期正面因素。
復星醫藥獲淨買入5336萬港元。復星集團董事長郭廣昌表示，復星新冠疫苗在全球的研發合作夥伴輝瑞和BioNTech宣佈，根據三期臨牀試驗的初步分析數據，這次我們合作研發的mRNA疫苗有效率高達90%，而普通流感疫苗也只有70%左右的保護率，遠超我們此前的預期，更遠遠高於FDA要求的50%以上即可獲批上市。
