格隆匯 11 月 10日丨西部建設(002302.SZ)公佈，公司於2020年11月10日召開第六屆三十四次董事會會議，審議通過了《關於變更公司經營範圍並修訂〈公司章程〉的議案》，公司根據實際經營需要，擬對公司經營範圍進行變更，同時對《公司章程》中相關經營範圍條款進行修訂。
原經營範圍：高性能預拌混凝土及其原材料的生產、銷售及其新技術、新工藝的研究開發與推廣；新型建材及化工材料的研究、生產應用及銷售；水泥製品研發、生產、銷售；混凝土預製構件及成品加工、生產及銷售；預拌砂漿及原材料、成品瀝青混凝土及其原材料、公路用新材料研發、生產、加工、銷售；國家法律許可範圍內的非金屬礦產資源開發、投資及管理諮詢；非金屬礦產品開採、加工、銷售；固體廢物治理；非金屬廢料和碎屑的加工、銷售；環保技術推廣服務；計算機軟件及互聯網相關技術開發；電子商務、互聯網信息服務；技術推廣服務；檢測服務；從事貨物及技術進出口、代理進出口業務(不含國家禁止或限制進出口的貨物或技術)；機械設備經營租賃、零配件銷售；房地產租賃經營、物業管理；勞務派遣服務；貿易代理。
調整後的經營範圍：高性能預拌混凝土及其原材料的生產、銷售及其新技術、新工藝的研究開發與推廣；新型建材及化工材料的研究、生產應用及銷售；水泥製品研發、生產、銷售；預拌砂漿及原材料、成品瀝青混凝土及其原材料、公路用新材料研發、生產、加工、銷售；國家法律許可範圍內的砂石等非金屬礦產資源投資、開發及管理諮詢及相關非金屬礦產品開採、加工、銷售；固體廢物治理；建築垃圾綜合治理及其再生利用；非金屬廢料和碎屑的加工、銷售；混凝土產業互聯網項目開發及應用；混凝土產業相關計算機軟件及互聯網相關技術開發、電子商務、互聯網信息服務、技術轉讓、技術服務、技術諮詢、技術培訓；混凝土智能製造技術研發、諮詢、服務；檢測服務；從事混凝土相關原材料及技術進出口(不含國家禁止或限制進出口的貨物或技術)；機械設備及配件的銷售、租賃；房屋租賃、物業管理；勞務服務；貿易服務。
