格隆匯 11 月 10日丨拓邦股份(002139.SZ)公佈,因資本公積轉增股本、回購註銷部分限制性股票、2018年股票期權激勵計劃行權、可轉換公司債券轉股等原因,公司總股本有所變動,截止2020年11月9日,“拓邦轉債”轉股累計增加公司股本88558865股,公司總股本增加至1119309257股。公司控股股東武永強先生在持股數量不變的情況下,持股比例由發佈權益報告書的20%被動稀釋至18.94%,持股比例減少1.06%。
