鴻達興業(002002.SZ)：與烏海公交公司簽署燃料電池汽車供氫服務協議
格隆匯 11 月 10日丨鴻達興業(002002.SZ)公佈，公司是我國知名的大型資源能源綜合產業上市公司，擁有“氫能源、新材料、大環保和交易所”四大產業，形成了完善的一體化循環經濟產業鏈，是專業化、規模化、現代化的知名企業。目前公司的氫能、PVC、燒鹼、電石、稀土新材料、土壤調理劑等產品產能和綜合經營實力在行業名列前茅。公司利用氯鹼制氫的技術和經驗優勢，積極開發氫氣的綜合應用和市場，推動制氫、儲氫、運氫及氫能應用產業化的發展。
氫能作為新型清潔能源，發展前景廣闊。氫能源具有來源廣泛、安全可控、高效靈活、低碳環保等多種優勢，可以同時滿足資源、環境和可持續發展的要求，氫能被譽為21世紀最理想的清潔能源。氫能作為戰略性新興產業，已被納入國家能源戰略，財政部、工業和信息化部、科技部、國家發改委四部委提出，要爭取通過4年時間，建立氫能和燃料電池汽車產業鏈。日前，國務院辦公廳《關於印發新能源汽車產業發展規劃（2021-2035年）的通知》提出，要有序推進氫燃料供給體系建設，提高氫燃料制儲運經濟性，因地制宜開展工業副產氫及可再生能源制氫技術應用，加快推進先進適用儲氫材料產業化，開展高壓氣態、深冷氣態、低温液態及固態等多種形式儲運技術示範應用。
鴻達興業作為氯鹼行業的龍頭，是國內較早提出氯鹼制氫的企業，一直致力於開發氫氣的綜合應用和市場。公司在氫能生產、存儲、應用等方面擁有相關技術和知識產權儲備，目前已建設運營加氫站和液氫工廠。公司生產的液氫、高純氫氣、超純氫氣等，可廣泛應用於氫燃料汽車、石油化工、航天工業、電子工業、冶金工業、食品加工、浮法玻璃、有機合成等領域。
公司與國內外知名的科研單位和企業開展廣泛合作，與北京航天試驗技術研究所、有研工程技術研究院有限公司、中國北方稀土(集團)高科技股份有限公司、日本旭化成株式會社等單位加強在氫能技術、裝備與應用方面的合作，推動公司的氫能產業化發展。
日前，鴻達興業全資子公司內蒙古烏海化工有限公司(“烏海化工”)與烏海市公共交通有限責任公司(“烏海公交公司”)簽署《燃料電池汽車供氫服務協議》，烏海化工為烏海公交公司運行的燃料電池公交、大巴等用氫車輛提供氫氣及加註服務，充分利用雙方的資源和優勢，共同致力於在烏海市開展氫能車推廣及示範應用，推動烏海市氫能城市建設，共同助力氫能社會發展。
