電光科技(002730.SZ)與中煤上海公司簽署戰略合作協議
格隆匯 11 月 10日丨電光科技(002730.SZ)公佈，公司(乙方)於2020年11月10日與中煤科工集團上海有限公司(“中煤上海公司”，甲方)於上海市簽署了《戰略合作協議》。為響應國家發展改革委、應急部、煤監局等八部委聯合印發的《關於加快煤礦智能化發展的指導意見》精神，順應產業趨勢，促進雙方智慧礦山相關技術進步，共同為提升中國煤炭行業裝備水平做出貢獻，雙方商定在智慧礦山方面進行深入合作，建立戰略合作伙伴關係。
戰略合作內容為：1、利用戰略合作雙方的市場優勢，共同為用户提供定製化的產品技術方案。2、戰略合作雙方針對市場合作開發符合市場需求的新產品。3、戰略合作雙方互相提供具有競爭力的產品技術，在市場競爭中形成合力，擴大雙方市場佔有率和市場美譽度。
戰略合作產品及技術為1、甲方產品技術範圍：採煤機、掘進機、輸送機及控制系統。2、乙方產品技術範圍：管控一體化平台及自動化控制系統、高低壓礦用防爆電器、高低壓防爆變頻器、高壓防爆軟啟動器、高低壓防爆變頻一體機。
中煤科工集團上海有限公司(原中煤科工集團上海院)成立於1959年，是我國煤炭行業主要的綜合性技術研究機構和煤礦機電產品研製單位，下設有采掘機械、運輸機械技術、電氣自動化技術、液壓技術等專業研究部門，擁有長期從事採、掘、運、電、液等方面的技術優勢，是我國煤炭行業採煤機、運輸機、電氣技術和液壓技術的歸口單位，是煤炭行業煤礦專用設備標準化技術委員會的掛靠單位。中煤上海公司立足煤礦面向市場，60年來碩果累累，幾代人辛勤耕耘，奮發拼搏，一直致力於煤礦採、掘、運機械化和電氣化技術的發展，研製出一大批國家急需的重大裝備，為促進煤炭工業的科技進步、提高上海裝備製造業在煤炭領域的科技競爭力以及推動我國煤炭工業發展史的進步做出了突出貢獻。公司與中煤上海公司的本次戰略合作有利於雙方發揮各自的特長和優勢，響應《關於加快煤礦智能化發展的指導意見》的文件精神，順應產業趨勢，促進雙方智慧礦山相關技術進步，共同為提升中國煤炭行業裝備水平作出貢獻，符合公司的發展需求和整體規劃以及全體股東的利益，對進一步提升公司核心競爭力具有重要意義。
