基汇资本夥财团收购太古城中心一座写字楼 作价逾98亿元
房地产私募基金管理公司基汇资本宣布,通过旗下管理基金及包括Schroder Pamfleet在内的财团夥伴,与太古股份(00019.HK)(00087.HK)及太古地产(01972.HK)签订销售购买协议以收购太古城中心一座,该幢办公大楼的收购价为98.45亿元,平均每平方尺收购价约15,609元(约每平方米16.8万元)。
太古城中心一座於1997年建成,位於港岛东中心商业区,是一座21层高的甲级写字楼,总建筑面积共计63万平方尺(约58,529平方米)。
基汇资本主席及执行合夥人吴继炜表示,基汇资本对香港的前景仍然充满信心。继2018年基汇资本成功收购太古城中心三座部分楼层、太古城中心四座及2019年成功收购英皇道625号後,相信这项交易会进一步壮大其在港岛东区的商业资产组合。
Schroder Pamfleet地产亚太区主管李世文表示,项目地理位置优越,物业管理完善,为香港长期向好的经济前景提供一个投资机会。
