基匯資本夥財團收購太古城中心一座寫字樓 作價逾98億元
房地產私募基金管理公司基匯資本宣布,通過旗下管理基金及包括Schroder Pamfleet在內的財團夥伴,與太古股份(00019.HK)(00087.HK)及太古地產(01972.HK)簽訂銷售購買協議以收購太古城中心一座,該幢辦公大樓的收購價為98.45億元,平均每平方呎收購價約15,609元(約每平方米16.8萬元)。
太古城中心一座於1997年建成,位於港島東中心商業區,是一座21層高的甲級寫字樓,總建築面積共計63萬平方呎(約58,529平方米)。
基匯資本主席及執行合夥人吳繼煒表示,基匯資本對香港的前景仍然充滿信心。繼2018年基匯資本成功收購太古城中心三座部分樓層、太古城中心四座及2019年成功收購英皇道625號後,相信這項交易會進一步壯大其在港島東區的商業資產組合。
Schroder Pamfleet地產亞太區主管李世文表示,項目地理位置優越,物業管理完善,為香港長期向好的經濟前景提供一個投資機會。
