港股異動丨太古地產(1972.HK)漲5.31% 98億港元售太古城中心一座
格隆匯11月10日丨太古地產(1972.HK)高開高走,現漲幅擴大至5.31%,報22.8港元,股價創近半年新高,總市值1339億港元;母企太古A(0019.HK)亦漲5.55%。太古地產公佈,以對價總額98.45億港元,向基匯資本出售持有太古城中心第一座物業的公司全部權益。對價將部分以現金支付,部分以對價股份支付。基匯資本表示,透過旗下管理基金及包括Schroder Pamfleet在內的財團夥伴與太古及太古地產簽訂銷售購買協議,平均每方尺收購價約15609港元。
