香港興業國際：董事長查懋聲11月6日辭世
uSMART盈立智投11月9日消息，週一港股盤前，香港興業國際(480 HK)發佈公告稱，查懋聲先生（「查先生」，本公司主席、授權代表，以及提名委員會及企業管治委員會主席）已於2020年11月6日（太平洋標準時間）於其家人的陪同下在美國加利福尼亞州安詳辭世。
查先生於1989年出任執行董事，並於2007年5月起出任本公司主席。查先生畢生致力於本集團之發展，彼任內的領導對本集團作出珍貴貢獻，其辭世爲本集團之重大損失。
本公司將繼續按董事會既定的業務策略營運本集團，並將委任新主席，於適時刊發進一步之公告。

據香港興業國際官方網站介紹，集團於香港、中國內地及曼谷與東京等主要亞洲城市從事多元業務及推進不同項目，包括地產發展及投資、物業管理、豪華酒店及服務式住宅、醫療保健服務和其他投資項目。
