深圳國際(00152.HK)：擬出資約15.65億元認購國貨航新增註冊資本
格隆匯 11 月 9日丨深圳國際(00152.HK)公佈，2020年11月9日，公司間接全資附屬深國際(深圳)、資本控股、國泰貨運、朗星及其他投資者與中國國際貨運航空有限公司(“國貨航”)訂立增資協議，據此，國貨航同意增加其註冊資本人民幣約33.14億元(約港幣38.99億元)，當中，深國際(深圳)同意出資人民幣約15.65億元(約港幣18.41億元)認購國貨航新增註冊資本人民幣約10.69億元(約港幣12.58億元)。增資項目完成後，集團將持有國貨航10%股權。
國貨航作為目前國內綜合實力最強的貨運航空公司，擁有8架B777F貨機、3架B747-400F貨機及4架B757-200SF貨機，同時獨家經營中國國航股份有限公司全部客機腹艙業務，在全球通航43個國家和地區及187個城市，具有強大的國內外航空運輸能力、國內外貨站經營能力及國內外地面配送能力。通過此次增資項目，國貨航將引入多元化股東並實行員工持股，增強其資本實力，優化產業佈局結構，提升核心競爭力。國貨航將緊抓跨境電子商務及中國消費升級的市場契機，打造成具有采運銷一體能力的“電商+物流”綜合服務商。
隨着中國消費轉型升級及跨境電子商務行業的迅速增長，航空貨運行業近年來迎來良好發展機遇。集團參與此次投資，一方面是看好在跨境電商及消費升級市場驅動下國貨航較好的發展潛力，另一方面是本集團將以此次入股為契機與國貨航開展業務合作，加強業務協同，有利於集團拓展航空物流領域的業務機會，延伸物流綜合服務能力，探索新的盈利增長點。此外， 集團可發揮在綜合物流港項目上的投資、建設及運營優勢，與國貨航共同佈局航空物流園或航空貨站項目，加強對航空物流稀缺資源的獲取力度；同時，集團可圍繞航空物流高附加值客户的業務需求，依託全國物流網絡資源及物流配套服務能力開展多項綜合物流服務，加速打造成以“規模化物流園區+綜合物流服務”為核心競爭力的現代智慧物流服務商。
