家家悦(603708.SH)擬10億元投建智慧物流園、連鎖超市項目等
格隆匯 11 月 9日丨家家悦(603708.SH)公佈，2020年11月9日，公司召開第三屆董事會第二十三次會議、第三屆監事會第二十一次會議審議並通過了《關於與濟南市商河縣人民政府簽訂項目合同書的議案》，授權公司管理層簽署協議和辦理與此次投資相關的各項事宜。
為加快現代化服務業的發展，完善現代產業體系，促進經濟結構調整升級，實現優勢互補，經平等、友好協商，就家家悦集團在商河縣投資建設智慧物流園、連鎖超市項目的有關事宜，自願達成協議。主要建設內容如下：
1、智慧物流園項目(暫定名，最終以實際立項名稱為準)
(1)項目實施主體：家家悦集團在商河縣投資設立子公司運營(企業名稱最終以工商部門登記註冊為準)。
(2)主要經營範圍：訂單農業、農產品加工、中央廚房、冷鏈物流、通用倉儲等(最終以工商部門登記為準)。
(3)項目規模：項目總投資預計6億元(最終具體根據項目可研報告確定)。
(4)項目建設用地：位於商河縣城區產業園內，新興街以南、西環路以西、新興南街以北，面積約233畝(以自然資源部門勘測定界為準)。
(5)項目建設內容：項目計劃總建築面積約10萬平方米，擬建設智能化、信息化的綜合性智慧物流園項目，包括倉儲設施、冷鏈物流、農產品加工及附屬設施及相關延伸產業等。
2、連鎖超市拓展項目
家家悦集團擬在商河縣投資發展連鎖超市項目，預計投資4億元(最終根據門店拓展規模確定)，在商河縣發展連鎖超市，配套完善商河及周邊地區商業業態，形成城市社區15分鐘便民圈，滿足商河縣及周邊地區消費者的市場供應。
此次合作將對公司物流配送業務的發展產生積極影響。項目建成後，作為公司在山東西北部城市投資經營的重點區域和綜合經營的重要市場，物流配送能力將顯著提升，進一步拓寬了物流配送輻射範圍，提升山東西北部區域的物流配送能力，並與公司現有各物流中心形成聯動效應，成為輻射濟南周邊及京津冀市場的物流配送基地，為公司的跨區域發展戰略提供強有力的支撐。同時，將進一步提高公司的生鮮運營和農產品深加工能力，增強公司核心競爭力，促進公司的長遠發展。
