光大永年(03699.HK):疫情拖慢新投资步伐 冀保持收入稳定
光大永年(03699.HK)董事长刘嘉接受访问时指,现时经济环境不确定性增加,加上疫情关系,令投资前的尽职审查工作全面暂停,故相信短期内也不会有新的投资,但会继续留意市场环境,目标是希望能将股本回报率由目前的约4%,提升至8-9%,但指要达至目标需提高杠杆比率。
他提及,上市所得资金中,会用於投资用途的部分目前策略不变,会继续国内及英国的投资。疫情下投资项目回报率见增长,并举例指去年有兴趣的一个伦敦项目,今年的投资回报率提升逾1个百分点。
他表示,不排除母公司光大集团的资产注入可能性,但强调要视乎价格而定。虽然股价较上市时下跌,但因目前大股东持股已达接近75%,故不可能进行回购。
他提到,现时管理层可做的是尽量保持稳定的收入和经营环境,并尽可能提升股东回报,改善派息。
