港股異動丨微盟(02013.HK)漲6.38% 5.1億元入主海鼎 進入超市便利店零售領域
格隆匯11月9日丨微盟(02013.HK)漲6.38%,報11.68港元,總市值263億港元。微盟集團11月6日午間發佈公告,通過全資附屬公司微盟發展以增資及股份受讓形式,共計人民幣5.1億元收購上海海鼎信息工程股份有限公司51%股權。交易完成後,海鼎將成為微盟集團附屬公司並納入上市公司體系,微盟集團將進一步完善智慧零售產品線,在現有專注為垂直行業連鎖品牌商提供智慧零售服務的基礎上,新增拓展連鎖便利店、連鎖超市、商業地產等線下零售領域客户和渠道。
