国银租赁(01606.HK)将广东省某收费桥梁转让招银金融租赁 料收益最多3,780万人币
国银租赁(01606.HK)公布,公司作为资产出让方与招银金融租赁(资产受让方)订立资产转让协议,同意把融资租赁协议项下的租赁物所有权、应收租赁款债权及所有担保权益转让给资产受让方,资产受让方同意向公司支付8.25亿元人民币(下同)的转让对价。租赁物为位於广东省的某收费桥梁固定资产。
紧随支付转让对价後,公司将不再拥有转让标的的权益。预期交易完成後可能会实现的最高收益净额约3,780万元。所得款项净额将用於补充公司营运资金或偿还银行债务。
