格隆匯11月6日丨方大集團(000055.SZ)公佈,公司於2020年11月6日接到股權分置改革實施前持有公司股份5%以上的原非流通股股東共青城時利和投資管理合夥企業(有限合夥)(以下簡稱“時利和”)通知,根據自身經營發展資金需要,其於2010年12月17日至2020年11月6日期間,通過深圳證券交易所繫統累計減持公司無限售條件流通股A股股份750.91萬股,減持比例為公司總股本的1.10%。
