微盟(02013.HK)斥5.1亿人币收购海鼎信息51%股权
微盟集团(02013.HK)公布,公司间接全资附属微盟发展与卖方订立协议,微盟发展有条件同意向对方购买出售股份,及认购海鼎信息向其发行的新增股份。应付代价合共5.1亿元人民币现金。
交易完成後,海鼎信息将成为公司的附属,公司将透过微盟发展拥有海鼎信息51%股权。
海鼎信息目前主要为便利店、专卖店、商超、百货、购物中心等多业态商企提供连锁零售、商业地产、仓储物流三大行业信息化解决方案,以及与支付返佣、智能硬件相关的创新业务。
