新东方教育(09901.HK)(EDU.US)公布来港第二上市招股结果,新东方是次将发行851万股普通股新股,每1股美国存托股代表1股普通股,公开发售录轻微超购0.55倍,而国际发售项下初步提呈发售的发售股份获适度超额认购,相当於国际发售项下初步可供认购的发售股份总数约6.4倍。
公司每股发售价定於1,190元(公司原指每股发售价将不高於1,399元)。每手10股一手的中签率为100%。该股将於下周一(9日)上市。瑞信、美银及瑞银担任联席保荐人。
集团於14年前登陆纽交所。公司预计集资净额为99.68亿元,当中40%将用作提升学生学习体验的技术投资;30%为业务增长及地区扩充;20%为战略投资及收购;以及10%为一般营运用途。
