新明中國(02699.HK)就股價下跌及成交量上升應聯交所要求公布,主席兼行政總裁陳承守持有的1.86億股(佔公司股本9.9%),根據保證金融資安排抵押予若干股票經紀作為抵押物;本月5日,1.637億股(佔公司股本8.72%)因股價急跌,根據保證金融資安排因強制出售而於市場上出售。因此,陳氏於公司持股由62.38%減至約53.66%。
該股上交易日(5日)收報0.125元,下跌0.905元,跌幅87.86%;成交7.24億股,涉資9,150萬元。
