阿里(09988.HK)公布截至9月底止第二财季业绩,收入为1,550.59亿元人民币(下同),按年增长30%。经营利润为136.34亿元,减少33%,主要由於与蚂蚁集团相关并授予公司员工的股权激励费用上升157.53亿元。若不考虑该影响,经营利润将由上年同期的206.67亿元,增长44%至296.9亿元。经调整EBITDA增长28%至475.25亿元。经调整EBITA增长28%至412.16亿元。

归属於普通股股东的净利润为287.69亿元,减少60%,主要原因是在去年9月份季度取得蚂蚁集团33%股份时确认的一次性重大收益。股权激励费用的上升也造成本季度的同比下滑。若不考虑该一次性收益,股权激励费用及其它若干项目,非公认会计准则净利润为470.88亿元,增长44%。

摊薄每股美国存托股收益为10.48元(1.54美元)。非公认会计准则摊薄每股美国存托股收益为17.97元(2.65美元),增长37%。

市场预期阿里非公认会计准则摊薄每股美国存托股收益为14.18元。收入为1,558.8亿元。

期内,经营活动产生的现金流量净额为542.96亿元,非公认会计准则自由现金流为405.4亿元。

中国零售市场年度活跃消费者达7.57亿,较截至2020年6月30日止12个月期间增加1,500万。9月底止,中国零售市场移动月活跃用户达8.81亿,较2020年6月增加700万。

天猫线上实物商品交易额GMV(剔除未支付订单)在2020年9月份季度同比增长21%。快速消费品仍然是天猫增长最快的品类,主要由食品和饮料、保健、美容和个人护理领域强劲推动。此外,天猫服饰的增长速度已经恢复到较新冠疫情爆发前更高的水平。在2020年9月份季度中,淘宝线上实物商品交易额GMV(剔除未支付订单)按年增长百分之十几。天猫国际商品交易额GMV(剔除未支付订单)在本季度增长37%。

9月底止,云计算的收入增长60%至148.99亿元。约60%的A股上市公司都是阿里云的客户;於2020年9月,它们的平均消费额增长45%。

9月底止六个月,阿里收入升32%至3,088.1亿元。归属於阿里巴巴集团股东的净利润下跌18.6%至763.6亿元。

阿里ADR盘前现跌2.8%,报287.34美元。
