中国海外发展(00688.HK)公布,10月中国海外系列公司的合约物业销售金额约为289.22亿元人民币(下同),而相应的已售楼面面积约为171.06万平方米,分别按年增加20.7%及13.9%。
总计今年首十个月,集团累计合约物业销售金额约2,861.08亿元,相应的累计已售楼面面积约1,541.73万平方米,分别按年增加5.7%及1%。
而截至10月31日集团录得已认购物业销售约为194.08亿元,预期将於往後数月内转化为合约物业销售。(el/k) ~
