腾讯(00700.HK)回应财付通小贷注册资本变更:10月已完成备案
据《澎湃新闻》报道,注意到腾讯(00700.HK)旗下深圳市财付通网络金融小额贷款有限公司在11月4日出现工商资料变更,注册资本由10亿人民币增加至25亿人民币,腾讯方面表示,本次增资是8月份启动,10月完成监管备案的,对公司资本金进行的正常调整。
11月2日中国银保监会、人民银行就《网络小额贷款业务管理暂行办法》公开徵求意见。根据《办法》,经营网络小额贷款业务的小额贷款公司的注册资本不低於10亿人民币,且为一次性实缴货币资本。跨省级行政区域经营网络小额贷款业务的小额贷款公司的注册资本不低於50亿人民币,且为一次性实缴货币资本。(wl/k)
