地政总署:截至10月待批预售楼花同意书住宅单位涉12,442伙
地政总署最新资料显示,截至10月份待批预售楼花同意书的住宅项目共有24个,涉及12,442伙单位。
当中显示,入纸申请的有香港小轮(00050.HK)及帝国集团合作发展的屯门青山公路项目—帝御系列第三期,并命名为「帝御-岚天」,住宅单位数目557伙。关键日期为2022年4月30日。
至於会德丰地产亦就其九龙沐泰街12号项目申请预售楼花同意书,并将其命名为「MONACO Development」,包括两期项目,合共646伙单位,预计落成日期为2022年12月31日。
