俊裕地基(01757.HK)預計中期淨虧損不少於400萬港元
格隆匯 11 月 4日丨俊裕地基(01757.HK)公佈,於截至2020年9月30日止6個月,集團預料將錄得淨虧損不少於約400萬港元,而2019年同期則錄得淨虧損約1010萬港元。
預計虧損為以下原因綜合所致:(i)毛利率減少,此乃由於(a)部分項目工程和已竣工項目的變更指令蒙受重大損失;及(b)市場上合約價格的競爭;及(ii)COVID-19大流行的不利影響及經濟狀況複雜,導致集團與客户就已竣工項目的工程完成量進行磋商時遇到困難。
