HMVOD視頻(08103.HK)向債券持有人發行結算股份以償還392萬港元
格隆匯11月4日丨HMVOD視頻(08103.HK)發佈公告,公司與債券持有人訂立和解協議,據此,公司同意向債券持有人發行結算股份以部分結算債券的未償還本金額392萬港元。結算股份將按發行價每股0.71港元發行。公司將向上市委員會申請批准結算股份的上市及買賣。
債券自其於2019年9月到期日以來已逾期。經過漫長的磋商過程,公司與債券持有人最終就和解協議的條款達成和解,據此,債券本金可部分(60%)以現金結算,部分(40%)以配發結算股份結算。
