中鎢高新(000657.SZ)：子公司推出DENBURS(丹博士)牌牙科車針系列新產品
格隆匯 11 月 4日丨中鎢高新(000657.SZ)發佈公告，公司旗下控股子公司深圳金洲精工科技股份有限公司(以下簡稱“金洲公司”)新推出的DENBURS(丹博士)牌牙科車針系列產品正式在上海口腔展會期間發佈。
一、新產品介紹
DENBURS(丹博士)是金洲公司在醫療領域註冊的新商標，目前DENBURS(丹博士)牌產品系列主要涵蓋臨牀牙科車針、技工車針、CAD/CAM車針、鎢鋼磨頭等類別的產品。由於牙科車針是醫院、診所臨牀醫生用於磨削牙齒，口腔科技師打磨義齒所使用齒科工具，使用時會進入牙體組織，接觸患者的牙體和血液，屬於二類醫療器械。金洲公司已取得廣東省藥品監督管理局下發的醫療器械生產許可證。
DENBURS(丹博士)系列牙科車針產品主要分為臨牀、破冠、拔牙和微創四個類別。其中臨牀車針包括去腐、去骨、各種類型的窩洞預備、牙體預備等約140個規格；破冠車針包括牙體破冠車針、金屬冠破冠車針、瓷冠破冠車針等約21個規格；拔牙車針包括阻生齒拔牙車針、牙冠切割、牙根切割等約10個規格；微創車針包括微創備牙、精修拋光、樹脂拋光等功能的車針，約20個規格。
DENBURS(丹博士)拔牙車針以其高效率的特點，大大提高醫生拔牙效率、降低勞動強度，得到醫生一致好評；專為破除瓷冠而開發的一款破冠車針，更是以其獨特的設計達到快速破冠、拆冠目的，贏得醫生的肯定，此款獨創產品已經申請國家知識產權保護。
DENBURS(丹博士)炫彩鎢鋼磨頭擁有獨特的塗層技術，使用時切削平穩，效率顯著提升。CAD/CAM車針主要應用於義齒技工廠中加工義齒牙冠粗坯，根據義齒材料不同主要分為氧化鋯與鈦合金。DENBURS(丹博士)CAD/CAM車針根據不同的需求配套有不同的設計方案，併為相關方案自主研發多種塗層；其中配套加工氧化鋯的超細納米金剛石塗層技術相較於普通塗層結合力及韌性均有較大提升，並大幅提升了車針的使用壽命。
目前國內使用的牙科車針主要依賴進口，DENBURS(丹博士)正專注於臨牀車針市場的推廣，公司其他口腔配套工具也正在積極的研發中。
二、新產品對公司的影響
DENBURS(丹博士)牙科車針系列產品是公司旗下金洲公司面向醫療器械領域佈局研發的自主新產品，體現了公司的技術創新力，進一步豐富了公司的產品線，拓寬了公司產品的應用領域，有助於鞏固和提升公司的核心競爭力，對公司未來的發展將產生積極的影響。但新產品的推廣需要一定的培育週期，短期內不會對公司業績產生重大影響。
