寶蘭德(688058.SH)：6名股東及董事高管擬減持合計不超250.5萬股
格隆匯11月4日丨寶蘭德(688058.SH)公佈，截至本公告披露日，張東暉持有公司396萬股，佔公司總股本的比例為9.90%；趙豔興持有公司441.43萬股，佔公司總股本的比例為11.04%(其中，直接持股數為288萬股，該部分股份為無限售流通股；通過北京易東興股權投資中心(有限合夥)間接持股數為153.43萬股，該部分股份為限售股)；珠海時間創業投資合夥企業(有限合夥)(以下簡稱“珠海時間”)持有公司132萬股，佔公司總股本的比例為3.30%；陳選良持有公司60萬股，佔公司總股本的比例為1.50%；史曉麗持有公司90萬股，佔公司總股本的比例為2.25%；王凱持有公司36萬股，佔公司總股本的比例為0.90%。上述股份除趙豔興間接持股外，均為無限售流通股且來源均為公司首次公開發行股票並上市前取得的股份。
因個人資金需求或改善個人生活所需，張東暉、趙豔興、史曉麗計劃以集中競價、大宗交易的方式減持所持有的公司股份，張東暉合計減持不超過99萬股，即不超過公司總股本的2.48%；趙豔興合計減持不超過72萬股，即不超過公司股份總數的1.80%；史曉麗合計減持不超過22.5萬股，即不超過公司股份總數的0.56%。本次減持期間(根據法律法規禁止減持的期間除外)：通過集中競價方式減持的，自公告披露之日起15個交易日後的6個月內進行，且在任意連續90個自然日內減持股份的總數不超過公司股份總數的1%；通過大宗交易方式減持的，自公告披露之日起3個交易日後的6個月內進行，且在任意連續90個自然日內減持股份的總數不超過公司股份總數的2%。減持價格將按照減持實施時的市場價格確定，且不低於發行價格。
因經營發展需要和投資等財務安排，珠海時間計劃以集中競價、大宗交易的方式減持所持有的公司股份，合計減持不超過33萬股，即不超過公司總股本的0.83%。本次減持將於本減持計劃公告之日起3個交易日後的6個月內進行(根據法律法規禁止減持的期間除外)。通過集中競價方式減持的，在任意連續90個自然日內減持股份的總數不超過公司股份總數的1%；通過大宗交易方式減持的，在任意連續90個自然日內減持股份的總數不超過公司股份總數的2%。減持價格將按照減持實施時的市場價格確定，且不低於發行價格。
因個人資金需求或改善個人生活所需，陳選良、王凱計劃自本公告披露之日起15個交易日後的6個月內進行(根據法律法規禁止減持的期間除外)，陳選良計劃通過集中競價交易方式減持所持有的公司股份，減持數量不超過15萬股，即不超過公司股份總數的0.38%。王凱計劃通過集中競價交易方式減持所持有的公司股份，減持數量不超過9萬股，即不超過公司股份總數的0.23%。減持價格將按照減持實施時的市場價格確定，且不低於發行價格。
