美联布少明:息口长期低企 资金或投向楼市
美联物业住宅部行政总裁布少明表示,蚂蚁集团(06688.HK)煞停上市,消息震撼本港金融市场,但认为此次属突发的个别事件,并非经济因素影响,相信不会对投资者信心构成打击,长远未对楼市产生太大影响。
他又指出,是次事件凸显股票市场的波动性,风险相对「砖头」为高,不排除在被IPO冻结的资金回笼後,加快流入物业市场,对楼市起支持作用;同时美国总统大选结果尚未揭盅,预期无论哪一位候选人胜出,息口将长期维持低位,料有投资者会将资金投向物业市场。
