格隆匯11月4日丨部分教育股拉昇,中教控股漲近4%,成實外教育和東軟教育漲約3.5%。《中共中央關於制定國民經濟和社會發展第十四個五年規劃和二〇三五年遠景目標的建議》提出,完善普惠性學前教育和特殊教育、專門教育保障機制,鼓勵高中階段學校多樣化發展。加大人力資本投入,增強職業技術教育適應性,深化職普融通、產教融合、校企合作,探索中國特色學徒制,大力培養技術技能人才。支持和規範民辦教育發展,規範校外培訓機構。發揮在線教育優勢,完善終身學習體系,建設學習型社會。
