《大行報告》大摩:澳門10月賭收復甦較預期強 料末季行業EBITDA收支平衡
摩根士丹利發表研究報告,調整澳門今年賭收預期,由跌80%升至跌78%,而2021-22年則維持不變,因10月份的表現勝預期。該行調升11月及12月賭收預測分別至跌65%及55%(原預期跌70%及60%),料第四季整體跌65%,因高端中場復甦所帶動,相信第四季行業EBITDA可達收支平衡。
該行指,目前預期2022年EV/EBITDA值為9.5倍,較長遠平均數的12.5倍為低,相信在未來數月訪客數字改善帶動下,將有助澳門賭股表現。該行關注明年盈利預期的調整,料快將走出谷底。
