傳白宮叫停將螞蟻集團納入貿易黑名單的計劃
《路透》引述消息人士報道,阿里巴巴(09988.HK)總裁Michael Evans在與美國商務部長羅斯通電話後,白宮不再將阿里巴巴旗下螞蟻集團(06688.HK)列入貿易黑名單。
上月有傳美國國務院建議將螞蟻集團加入黑名單,以阻止美國投資者參與其IPO,不過白宮考慮到在大選前夕禁制螞蟻集團可能會招致華爾街大行的不滿,並會引來訴訟,因此決定叫停行動。
另有消息人士表示,白宮考慮到阿里巴巴的淘寶網已經面臨美國政府的審查,故無需要再將螞蟻集團納入貿易黑名單。昨晚阿里巴巴發出通告,表示螞蟻團暫緩A+H股上市。
