传白宫叫停将蚂蚁集团纳入贸易黑名单的计划
《路透》引述消息人士报道,阿里巴巴(09988.HK)总裁Michael Evans在与美国商务部长罗斯通电话後,白宫不再将阿里巴巴旗下蚂蚁集团(06688.HK)列入贸易黑名单。
上月有传美国国务院建议将蚂蚁集团加入黑名单,以阻止美国投资者参与其IPO,不过白宫考虑到在大选前夕禁制蚂蚁集团可能会招致华尔街大行的不满,并会引来诉讼,因此决定叫停行动。
另有消息人士表示,白宫考虑到阿里巴巴的淘宝网已经面临美国政府的审查,故无需要再将蚂蚁集团纳入贸易黑名单。昨晚阿里巴巴发出通告,表示蚂蚁团暂缓A+H股上市。
