峨眉山Ａ(000888.SZ)董事會審議通過5個項目
格隆匯 11 月 3日丨峨眉山Ａ(000888.SZ)公佈，公司第五屆董事會第一百零七次會議決議，審議並通過了如下決議：
1、《關於實施紅珠山會議中心改造提升工程項目的議案》；
紅珠山賓館系公司旗下五星級賓館，賓館人文底藴厚重，素有“森林酒店”之美譽。賓館現有589間客房、9個多功能會議室、31個宴會餐廳以及由43項康樂服務項目組成的温泉會館，是休閒度假與商務會議的理想首選之地。
為提升公司下屬紅珠山賓館的文旅IP品牌價值，不斷適應日益激烈的本土酒店市場競爭需求，進一步擴寬賓館的客源市場，實現會務、商務、休閒功能的有機結合及賓館經營的轉型升級，經董事會審議，同意公司投資2850萬元對紅珠山賓館會議中心進行改造提升。該項目建設規模約為5800㎡，包括對現有會議中心全面改造，滿足建築立面提升、室內空間及功能佈局重構，及景觀、配套設施等。
2、《關於實施紅珠山賓館五號樓公共區域室內改造提升工程項目的議案》；
紅珠山賓館五號樓作為賓館的主要的服務區域，常年使用率接近90%，裝飾裝修陳舊和設備設施受損嚴重，迫切需要進行整體改造提升，如果不盡快改善酒店硬件條件,紅珠山賓館在本地酒店市場競爭中將處於不利地位。經董事會審議，同意公司投資2940萬元對紅珠山賓館五號樓公共區域室內進行改造提升。該項目建設規模約為6000㎡，包括對現有五號樓入口、大堂、全日制餐廳、餐飲包房以及相關會議室等公共區域進行室內改造提升。
3、《關於實施紅珠山賓館六號樓改造提升工程項目的議案》；
由於紅珠山賓館6號樓設施較為陳舊，根據目前峨眉山酒店行業發展現狀，與同檔次酒店相比，市場競爭力不強。經董事會審議，同意公司投資2900萬元對紅珠山賓館六號樓進行改造提升。該項目建設規模約為3000㎡，包括將現有六號樓客房、庫房改造為院落式布局的精品度假客房，包含建築、裝飾、景觀等全面改造提升。
4、《關於實施紅珠温泉改造提升工程項目的議案》；
温泉資源是紅珠山賓館及峨眉山景區得天獨厚的旅遊資源之一，為進一步優化紅珠温泉的硬件品質，提高紅珠温泉的接待能力，推動紅珠山賓館與高檔旅遊休閒產業接軌，大力提升景區休閒度假遊及接待服務設施品級，經董事會審議，同意公司投資2700萬元對紅珠温泉進行改造提升。該項目建設規模為室內約4420㎡，室外約2500㎡，包括對現有紅珠温泉現有產品體系、功能佈局等進行重新策劃，全面改造提升室內外温泉。
5、《關於實施紅珠山賓館停車場改擴建工程項目的議案》；
由於紅珠山賓館入口停車場建於10多年前，車位面積有限，設施較為落後，位置佈局不合理，較大影響了賓館的品牌和經營服務水平，停車場的改擴建迫在眉睫。經董事會審議，同意公司投資1500萬元對紅珠山賓館停車場進行改擴建。該項目改擴建規模約為7500㎡，包括擴建賓館入口停車場並配套提升入口形象及景觀等。
