港股異動丨香港本地股強勢 香港9月零售貨值跌幅收窄+花旗上調今年增長預測
格隆匯11月3日丨香港本地股普遍強勢,九龍倉置業升超5%,恆隆地產、渣打集團均漲近4%,長和、匯豐控股、恆基地產均升超3%。香港政府統計處昨日公佈,香港零售銷貨價值連跌20個月,今年9月臨時估計為261億港元,較去年同月下跌12.9%,跌幅比8月修訂後的13.1%輕微收窄,併為去年7月以來最小跌幅。花旗經濟學家Adrienne Lui表示,將香港2020年和2021的GDP預測從-6.3%和2.8%上調至-5.8%和3.5%。報告指,在商品貿易好轉刺激下,第三季度香港GDP勝預期,按年下降3.4%,因此將GDP預測上調,預計這一勢頭將持續到第四季度,香港經濟將得益於本月開始的與新加坡簽署的航空旅遊氣泡泡協議。
