水泥股走強 基本面持續催化 有望迎修復行情
格隆匯11月3日丨水泥股走強,港股市場海螺水泥、中國建材和金隅集團均漲超2%;A股市場祁連山漲7.42%領漲,寧夏建材漲5.59%。太平洋證券指出,目前北方地區將進入年前的趕工期,價格有提漲預期,而南方地區景氣度依舊維持高位,天氣晴好下,出貨基本維持產銷平衡,目前華東地區庫存在4-5成,江浙滬地區價格超過去年同期,四季度地產投資依舊強勁,基建投資逐步恢復,需求有支撐。我們判斷,隨着年前的趕工期到來,水泥企業出貨有望繼續維持高位,庫存下降價格推漲,由於水泥需求剛性及不可庫存的屬性,價格對需求極為敏感,Q4南方地區水泥價格彈性十足,隨着基本面持續催化,前期經過調整的水泥板塊有望迎來修復行情。
