高力国际(CIGI.US)公布,承业主委托出售九龙城道42至46号奥斯酒店之物业,意向价4.8亿元。物业位置於土瓜湾区,总建筑面积约27,860平方尺;现为一幢酒店,设有151个房间。
高力国际资本市场及投资服务部董事黄颖晋表示,物业连酒店牌照一并出售。酒店於2013年全新装修,远眺邮轮码头景致,距离未来港铁土瓜湾站1分钟步程。新买家购入後,可将物业改装为Co-living共居生活空间或服务式住宅用途。
