《大行報告》匯豐研究升粵投(00270.HK)評級至「買入」 目標價上調至14.9元
匯豐研究發表報告指粵投(00270.HK)首三季盈利跌6%至38.86億元,該行計算剔除一次性項目的核心盈利升4%至39.9億元,增長由水業務和物業銷售所帶動,抵銷其他周期性業務弱勢。該行將粵投評級由「持有」升至「買入」,以反映估值吸引及可持續股息,而公用事業以外的物業投資和百貨、酒店及公路等似乎亦已邁向復甦,將目標價由14.6元升至14.9元。
該行指,該股周息率達到5.5%的5年高位,對比中港兩地公用股都較吸引。
