滔搏(06110.HK)：數字化進程加速，運營穩健，維持“買入”評級

FY2021H1 收入/歸母淨利潤分別同減 7%/11%。FY2021H1 公司收入 157.7億元人民幣，同減 7%；歸母淨利潤 13.1 億元，同減 11%，調整後歸母淨利潤同減 14.6%（剔除企業合併產生的無形資產攤銷 220 萬元及去年同期上市開支 5070萬元影響）。疫情影響終端零售折扣，公司毛利率同比降低 1.9PCTs 至 41.6%，銷售/管理費用率分別下降 1.2/0.5PCTs 至 26.7%/3.8%，綜上公司淨利率略微下降 0.4%PCTs 至 8.3%。
主力品牌表現略佳，批發業務穩步擴張。按品牌分：FY2021 年 H1 公司主力品牌收入同減 7%至 138.6 億元，佔總收入比重 87.9%；其他品牌收入同減 8.4%至 17.6 億元，佔總收入比重 11.2%；按渠道分：FY2021H1 公司零售收入同減 11.5% 至 130.0 億元，收入佔比同降 4.1Pcts 至 82.5%；批發業務受益合作品牌的增加，收入同增 22.9%至 26.2 億元，佔比同增 4Pcts 至 16.6%。
門店結構持續優化，運營穩健。門店方面，FY2021 年公司持續關小店開大店、關低效店開高效店策略，持續聚焦直營零售門店網絡的優化和優選。FY2021H1 門店淨減少 239 家至 8156 家，但毛銷售面積保持穩定。直營門店規模上，150 平及以下小店佔比相年初佔比減少 1.2Pcts 至 67.1%，300 平以上大店佔比提升至 8%。從營運層面來説，公司存貨週轉天數為 129.5 天，同比增加 10 天，目前處於相對健康水平；應收賬款週轉天數 31 天，同增 7 天。
科技賦能，推動全渠道融合。疫情期間公司更加強調科技賦能 1） APP 於 2 月 14日上線，用户規模突破 110 萬；2）針對價格驅動類型消費者加強對傳統電商平台運營；3）基於原有線下門店流量，運作企業微信社羣、門店小程序（優選一批優質門店專門開設獨立的小程序），移動收銀（覆蓋 85%左右門店，疫情前我們預計為 30%左右）為消費者提供線上、線下無縫銜接的服務體驗。會員方面，公司豐富會員活動、深化與消費者互動，會員數量與貢獻穩步提升，截止 2020 年 8 月 31 日，累計註冊會員數量達到 3310 萬人，零售額貢獻佔比達到 97.3%，會員成消費貢獻主力。
下游流水恢復，預計 FY2021 實現收入增長。我們跟蹤認為現有渠道終端流水有所恢復。公司持續優化現有渠道，同時已基於提供全方位消費體驗、加深用户洞察的目標，確立了線上線下融通的大方向，預計全年仍然能夠實現收入的穩定增長。
投資建議。公司為運動鞋服下游渠道商龍頭公司，渠道結構持續優化，會員增長，我們預計公司FY2021-FY2023歸母淨利潤分別為24.0/27.7/31.6億元，現價10.68港幣，對應 FY2021PE23 倍，維持“買入”評級。
