京基智農(000048.SZ)：擬投建4個生豬養殖產業鏈項目
格隆匯 11 月 1日丨京基智農(000048.SZ)公佈，公司於2019年8月21日、2020年1月20日、2020年8月13日分別與廣東省徐聞縣人民政府、台山市人民政府和陽江市人民政府簽署項目投資框架協議。
2020年10月30日，公司第九屆董事會2020年第五次臨時會議以11票同意、0票反對、0票棄權審議通過《關於投資建設生豬養殖產業鏈項目的議案》，同意投資建設徐聞三期、台山及陽江生豬養殖產業鏈項目，並於惠州市投資建設生豬養殖產業鏈項目。
徐聞縣生豬養殖產業鏈三期項目，項目建設規模：包括公豬存欄150頭，祖代種豬存欄1500頭，父母代種豬存欄12000頭，育肥豬存欄14.4萬頭。預計總投資額95443萬元，其中固定資產投資69780萬元，生物性資產及流動資金25663萬元。項目建設週期為1年。項目設計年產能為生豬36萬頭。
台山市生豬養殖產業鏈項目，項目建設規模：包括公豬存欄150頭，祖代種豬存欄1500頭，父母代種豬存欄12000頭，育肥豬存欄14.4萬頭。項目總投資：預計總投資額96859萬元，其中固定資產投資70986萬元，生物性資產及流動資金25873萬元。項目建設週期為1年。項目設計年產能為生豬36萬頭。
陽江市生豬養殖產業鏈項目，項目建設規模：包括公豬存欄150頭，祖代種豬存欄1500頭，父母代種豬存欄12000頭，育肥豬存欄14.4萬頭。項目總投資：預計總投資額96707萬元，其中固定資產投資70761萬元，生物性資產及流動資金25946萬元。項目建設週期為1年。項目設計年產能為生豬36萬頭。
惠州市生豬養殖產業鏈項目，項目建設規模：包括公豬存欄50頭，祖代及父母代種豬存欄3000頭，育肥豬存欄24000頭。項目總投資：預計總投資額18831萬元，其中固定資產投資12169萬元，生物性資產及流動資金6662萬元。項目建設週期為1年。項目設計年產能為生豬7.2萬頭(其中肉豬4.8萬頭、豬苗2.4萬頭)。
